 Overview of Major Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, prosperous and growing client relations 
Identify, communicate and manage execution of client expectations and team’s performance in regard to merchandising, training,  product launches etc. for retail stores 
Offer strategic direction, business/sales analysis and report sales, competition and intel info. 
Manage and plan all marketing initiatives at the store level, keep store level conditions operational 
Drive sales while containing costs an increasing margins 
Manage several direct reports 
Drive revenue growth by increasing business with client 
Validate Company is excelling in outlined expectations that should be reflected by significant increased sales for client. 
Recommend retail strategies 
Monitor and communication to stakeholders on product introductions, merchandising channels, training initiatives and special events. 
Monitor AR and address any aging revenue issues 
Visit customer headquarters regularly and participate in business reviews, business planning meetings, etc.

 
Requirements:

A Bachelor or Master (Degree in Business, Marketing or related field), and four or more years management experience in a merchandising/marketing environment OR any similar combination of education and experience. 
Proven success in senior level client relationship development and direct management role 
Deep understanding of electronics core stores, mass, big box and regional electronics retailers including in-store processes, merchandising and training practices and standards 
Mobil software platforms, hardware and operating systems knowledge highly preferred 
Electronics retail background in merchandising required, wireless a plus! 
Experience directly managing employees, 2-7 
Retail and/or field marketing agency experience highly preferred! 
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks 
Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client 
Professional attitude and strong leadership skills 
Excellent follow up skills and sense of urgency 
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills 
Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands 
Advanced to Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
